Welcome to Hitadeha Wellness. By booking our services or using our website www.hitadehawellness.in , you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

We provide professional massage therapy services at homes and hotels within Gurugram. Our services are strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We do not operate as a medical clinic, and our therapies should not be considered a substitute for medical treatment.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or phone call. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred slot and therapist. Same-day bookings are subject to therapist availability.

3. Payments

We accept UPI, online transfers, and cash. A partial advance payment may be required for booking confirmation. All payments must be made in full before or at the start of the session.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 6 hours before the appointment can be rescheduled at no extra charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee or partial deduction from the advance payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Therapist Preference

Clients may request a male or female therapist, subject to availability. We reserve the right to reassign therapists if scheduling changes occur. Analytics: Tools like Google Analytics to track website performance. These providers have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.

6. Customer Responsibility

The client must provide a safe, clean, and private space (home or hotel room) for the session. Valid hotel booking confirmation is required for hotel massage services. Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medical history prior to the session. Our services are strictly for individuals 18 years and older.

7. Code of Conduct

Our therapists are trained professionals and must be treated with respect. Any form of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and legal action may be taken. We maintain the right to refuse or cancel services if a client’s behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal details shared for bookings are kept confidential and used only to provide services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. Clients are responsible for consulting their doctor before booking if they have medical concerns. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft at the client’s premises during the service.
